In Mid-November, the Northwest Region supported our local Matt Talbot Center. The Matt Talbot Center helps men and women who are battling addiction and homelessness. The center provides counseling and housing at no cost to the patients and is funded 100% by donation. Every year the center holds an auction and gala, and our region participated in a big way this year!
Our Regional VP, Charles Nay, was head of the auction’s committee, and our Regional Operations Manager, Jamie Morishigie, was the procurement chair for the auction. Each branch (including our ops center and district) donated a basket or item to the auction. In total, Guild donated over 25 items, including a Golden-Doodle puppy, and had many managers who purchased tables for the event. The event raised over $200,000 and was an incredible night!
