SUMMARY:Guild Giving raises funds for new MyPath2Own program
DESCRIPTION:Guild Giving is helping to empower first-time homebuyers through MyPath2Own\, a program designed to help those who don’t currently qualify for a mortgage to become mortgage-ready. MyPath2Own provides homebuyer education and up to $4\,000 in down payment/closing cost assistance for those who complete the program and qualify for a mortgage.\n\nThis education-based path to homeownership is administered by eHome America\, an online homebuyer education non-profit and HUD-approved counseling agency.   \n\nDonations to MyPath2Own go to Community Ventures\, the financial arm of eHome America\, and are distributed as closing cost or down payment assistance to homebuyers who complete the program and qualify for a mortgage. Once a homebuyer becomes mortgage-ready through MyPath2Own\, they’ll be prepared to afford homeownership and earn equity\, building generational wealth and strengthening communities for years to come.\n\n\n\n\n\nCommunity Ventures Corp\, dba eHome America; a 501(c)(3) EIN: 31-1064807.

SUMMARY:Denver’s first Guild for Good Golf Invitational collects $77\,200 for charities
DESCRIPTION:Hosted at the Arrowhead Golf Course in Denver\, the Guild for Good Golf Invitational took place in Colorado for the first time on July 30\, 2025. Sponsors and Guild employees impressively helped raise $77\,200 for Sleep in Heavenly Peace\, Colorado Veterans Project and Colorado Homeownership Coalition. \n\n\nSleep in Heavenly Peace is a nonprofit dedicated to delivering beds for children in need\, with chapters and volunteers throughout the country. \n\nColorado Veterans Project focuses on helping veterans in Colorado with career advancement\, offering skills training\, education\, development and entrepreneurial ventures to help them achieve economic stability and purpose post-duty.\n\nThe Colorado Homeownership Coalition\, working alongside the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association\, offers mortgage assistance to homeowners experiencing temporary financial difficulties\, in pursuit of helping them achieve self-sufficiency.
