SUMMARY:Guild Giving raises funds for new MyPath2Own program
DESCRIPTION:Guild Giving is helping to empower first-time homebuyers through MyPath2Own\, a program designed to help those who don’t currently qualify for a mortgage to become mortgage-ready. MyPath2Own provides homebuyer education and up to $4\,000 in down payment/closing cost assistance for those who complete the program and qualify for a mortgage.\n\nThis education-based path to homeownership is administered by eHome America\, an online homebuyer education non-profit and HUD-approved counseling agency.   \n\nDonations to MyPath2Own go to Community Ventures\, the financial arm of eHome America\, and are distributed as closing cost or down payment assistance to homebuyers who complete the program and qualify for a mortgage. Once a homebuyer becomes mortgage-ready through MyPath2Own\, they’ll be prepared to afford homeownership and earn equity\, building generational wealth and strengthening communities for years to come.\n\n\n\n\n\nCommunity Ventures Corp\, dba eHome America; a 501(c)(3) EIN: 31-1064807.

Guild employees\, partners and sponsors congregated October 6\, 2025 on the Sagamore Golf Course for rounds of golf in support of Young Life\, Blackbird Mission and Big Brothers Big Sisters\, three regional charities.\n\nYoung Life is a youth outreach group launching\, growing and sustaining ministry in Indiana. \nBlackbird Mission has helped thousands of people discover who they were born to be and find purpose\, passion and peace through various ministries in Indiana. \nCreated to guide young people\, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana pairs kids with mentors to develop support systems and empower youth to achieve their dreams.
